Love Lock's

Oh, how I love discovering things as sweet as this. In Paris it has become tradition for sweet lovers to attach a lock to the fencing on the Pont des Arts, Passerelle Léopold-Sédar-Senghor and the Pont de l'Archevêché bridges, and then throw the key into the Seine river, forever "locking" the two together. How romantic is that? I hope your Valentines day was adorable, just like this sweet tradition~

I realize that it is still January, but with the recent rain I am feeling the need for a little bit of color and warmth. Valentines day is one of those holidays that sneaks up in the middle of winter and brings such joy! My mom and I have a tradition, we always make the family handmade valentines and my mom has always decorated the house for valentines day, something I will be doing in my home too. Going to the craft store and picking out paper pretties and other sweet little goodies is such a fun way to spend a day.
